uneven stay with some drawbacks
limited buffet thin walls
the food was underwhelming for the price. i found the buffet options limited and often cold. also, the noise from other guests and corridors made it hard to sleep well.. thin walls are never a plus, especially when you're trying to relax on vacation.

adequate stay with some minor issues
big room comfortable bed nice view dry food poor drink bad buffet
i appreciated the big room. the view was quite nice from my room. i also found the bed very comfortable.
the food choices at the buffet were not very good. i found the meat and fish to be often dry. the alcoholic drinks were also poorly made. sprite was used instead of soda for a mojito for example.

green areas pool care
The location was beautiful. It was so calm right by the sea. The hotel had lots of green areas that added to its beauty. The pool was also well taken care of. I would see every day how they organize and clean all the pool area.
I experienced issues with the clogged up bath that wasn't fixed for days even after reporting multiple times. I could not take a bath for 3 days inspite of the spend. The customer service was horrible. I was so dissapointed.
